Privacy notice for the Chik’nPop pre-sale signup. Updated October 3, 2026.
What we collect
Your email address, the wording and version of the consent you give, the time you sign up, and the page you signed up from. This form does not collect payment or delivery details.
How we use it
Chik’nPop uses your signup to send pre-sale and free-bag availability updates and marketing emails you explicitly opt into. We rely on your consent for those emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Where it is kept
Your signup is stored in a dedicated Chik’nPop list in the Aeolus Supabase project, hosted in the United States. The site runs on Cloudflare. These providers process data to operate the service and may maintain infrastructure logs. The mailing list is not publicly accessible.
Understanding visits
We count page views and accepted signup requests using Cloudflare Analytics Engine. These events contain the page path and a broad source category, such as Google, Bing, Instagram or direct. We do not include your email, IP address, full referring URL or a persistent visitor identifier in these events. A source category is remembered in session storage for this browser tab. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for measurement. Cloudflare retains this event data for up to three months. Accepted signup counts can include repeat requests; they are not a count of unique subscribers.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in a Chik’nPop marketing email. We keep signup information while managing the pre-sale and your subscription; if you opt out, we stop marketing and retain only records needed to honor the opt-out and applicable obligations.
To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, email hello@chiknpop.com.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to a copy of your data, restrictions on processing, and a complaint to your local data-protection authority.
Remembering your choice
This browser remembers that you saw, dismissed, or completed the offer so it does not keep interrupting you. Those local flags do not contain your email address.
