IT STARTED WITH THE SEASONING.

Sam Feldotto had a fairly specific idea: build a signature seasoning worth choosing the whole snack around.

That became Chik’nPop. The seasoning is vegan and gluten free, with umami up front and a little heat behind it. The chicken on the bag is here for the personality. We select every ingredient for flavor, including MSG. It is part of our recipe, and we are happy to talk about why.

A rounder kernel. A strong opinion.

Our flagship is mushroom-kernel popcorn. We chose the rounded format as a home for the seasoning and the airy crunch we wanted. “Mushroom” describes the popcorn shape; it does not mean the popcorn tastes like mushrooms.

Chik’nStix takes the same signature seasoning into pretzel territory. Two formats with their own bite, wearing the same black and gold.
